What happens if I exceed my plate subscription limit?
On the free plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade when you try to subscribe to more than 3 plates. Your existing subscriptions will continue to work. If you downgrade from Premium, your newest 3 subscriptions remain active.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play. You'll retain Premium features until the end of your billing period, then automatically revert to the free plan.
What's included in the 7-day free trial?
The trial gives you full Premium access: 10 plate subscriptions, 90-day report history, extended chat windows, and priority support. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
